1. I miss Richard Harris. The reason for this is that I recently took in the latest Harry Potter film adaptation, and I can't stand what Michael Gambon is doing with the character of Dumbledore. He's much to manic for my tastes. I don't have any confidence in him!

2. This sprang from a conversation with Liz last night, the topic being "Which historical figures would you be stranded on a desert island with (not for repopulation purposes)". So here's my list!

William Shakespeare (for obvious reasons)

Adolf Hitler (for extensive questioning, and then eating once the food ran out)

Bob Dylan (for a theme song about how being stuck on an island sucked)

Sarah Bernhardt (for the stories)

Graham Chapman (for a touch of class)

3. A phrase I find myself using more and more these days is "Ain't technology grand?" And it is! I've recently become boggled at the ability to share information with people, be it music, photos, stories, etc. For example, I went to pick Liz up yesterday in a part of town I hadn't been to, so she looked it up on Mapquest, emailed the map to me and I was on my way in minutes! In the olden days I'd have to know my way around!

4. I currently have little to no creative output, a factor which I feel is leading to my detriment and eventual psychological breakdown. Therefore, I would like to put a call out for actors. I think it might be fun to do a character-based film project, somewhat directly ripped off from the Acting for the Camera class final project (ie/ Come with a story to tell and then there is an interview in character). I just watched the thing and thought "Man, would I like another shot at that." So thus, I shall be contacting people shortly to come up with a character and be interviewed on film (or digital camera anyway).
