This is literally what it was like trying to communicate in France (including the look of disappointment and disbelief on the people's faces followed by awkward silence).

I've been listening to Flight of the Conchords at great length, but nothing really compares to the show/music videos.
PS: Naturally my favourite part is Pomplamousse. Is it because it's the only french word I know? Quite possibly.
